An International Bpo Executive Handles Customer Service By Interacting With Customers From Countries Like The Us, Uk, Or Canada Through Calls, Chats, Or Emails. Their Main Responsibility Is To Understand Customer Queries, Provide Accurate Information, And Resolve Issues Related To Billing, Technical Support, Or Services In A Professional And Polite Manner. They Ensure Clear Communication, Maintain Patience While Dealing With Different Types Of Customers, And Aim To Deliver A Positive Customer Experience. Additionally, They Update Customer Records, Follow Company Guidelines, And May Also Assist In Upselling Products Or Services When Required, All While Working In Rotational Or Night Shifts To Match International Time Zones.
