Outreach & Engagement: Contact Leads Via Emails, Calls, Or Messages To Introduce Products Or Services.3. Qualify Leads: Assess If The Prospects Match The Target Customer Profile And Are Interested.4. Crm Management: Update And Maintain Accurate Lead Details In The Crm System.5. Collaboration & Reporting: Work With Sales Teams And Report On Lead Performance And Conversion Rates.
