Job Description
Manage Office Communication Including Emails, Phone Calls, And Follow-Ups.Maintain Office Records, Documents, Files, And Databases (Digital & Physical).Assist With Hr Tasks Such As Attendance, Joining Formalities, And Coordination.Support Management With Scheduling Meetings, Reminders, And Calendar Management.Assist In Procurement And Coordination With Vendors For Office Supplies Or Services.Prepare Reports, Spreadsheets, And Maintain Data Entry Accuracy.Coordinate With Teams For Smooth Workflow And Internal Communication.Assist With Invoice Handling, Billing Follow-Ups, And Basic Accounting Support (If Required).Ensure Office Environment Is Organized, Clean, And Well-Maintained.Handle Courier, Dispatch, And Logistics Coordination When Needed.
Salary: Rs. 10000 - Rs. 13000
Qualification: 12th Pass / Male Only

Work Hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm | Monday to Saturday
