Communicate Effectively With Customers After Their Purchase To Ensure Satisfaction And Clarity.Send Consultation Notes Or Product-Related Information To Customers Promptly.Coordinate With Internal Teams For Delivery, Dispatch, And Logistics Follow-Up.Handle After-Sales Queries And Provide Quick, Accurate Resolutions.Maintain Strong Customer Relationships Through Regular Follow-Ups And Service Updates.Work Closely With The Sales, Operations, And Dispatch Teams To Ensure Smooth Workflow.Record And Maintain Customer Interactions And Updates In Crm Or Relevant Systems.Identify Opportunities For Upselling Or Cross-Selling Through Relationship Building.Gather Customer Feedback And Share Insights For Improving Service Quality.
Salary: Rs. 20000 - Rs. 30000

Work Hours: 11am - 7pm | Monday to Saturday
