Work From Home – Boq & Procurement Engineer

Study And Verify Boq (Bill Of Quantities), Project Drawings, And Specifications.Prepare Detailed Material Requirement Sheets With Quantities, Make/Brand Suggestions, And Delivery Timelines.Coordinate With Vendors, Suppliers, And Subcontractors For Rate Quotations And Technical Data Sheets.Conduct Price Comparison, Negotiation, And Finalization With Approved Vendors To Achieve Cost Savings.Maintain And Update Rate Analysis Sheets For All Major Items (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Etc.).Track Material Delivery Schedules And Coordinate With The Site Team To Ensure Timely Supply.Prepare And Verify Purchase Requests / Purchase Orders In Coordination With The Project Manager.Support The Accounts And Project Team With Budget Control And Cost Tracking.

Salary: Rs. 20000 - Rs. 30000
