Design, Prepare, And Refine Travel Itineraries, Tour Programmes, And Client-Facing Proposal Documents Across All Segments - Student Groups, Corporates, Individual/Family, And Fixed Departures.2. Handle All Client Communications Post-Booking, Including Confirmations, Pre-Departure Briefings, On-Tour Support, And Post-Tour Feedback.3. Manage Invoicing, Payment Follow-Ups From Clients, And Ensure Timely Disbursements To Vendors And Partners.4. Maintain And Update The Companys Booking Tracker, Client Database, And Vendor Contact List Using Excel/Google Sheets.5. Liaise With The Founder Daily To Report On Operations, Escalate Critical Issues, And Align On Business Priorities. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
