• If your active listing receives fewer than 20 responses during your plan validity, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
• Refunds are processed on a no-questions-asked basis — you do not need to justify your request.
• To request a refund, email betterworkindia@gmail.com from your registered email with your order ID / payment reference.
• Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business working days.
• Refund requests should be raised within the plan validity period or up to 7 days after it ends.
