The Candidate Will Handle Alerts, Troubleshoot Basic Network/Server Issues, And Escalate Unresolved Incidents To Higher Support Levels. Responsibilities Include Monitoring Systems, Managing Tickets, Maintaining Documentation, And Ensuring Maximum Network Uptime.Requirements: Basic Knowledge Of Tcp/Ip, Dns, Dhcp, Routing & Switching, And Network Monitoring Tools. Familiarity With Windows/Linux Systems Is An Advantage. Strong Communication, Problem-Solving, And Analytical Skills Are Required. Freshers Or Candidates With Up To 2 Years Of Experience In It/Network Support Can Apply. Shift-Based Working Environment. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
