What you get

What you will do

As a Telesales Executive - Real Estate, your work will include:

• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
