We Are Looking For A Business Development Executive To Drive Sales And Generate New Business Opportunities In The Real Estate Sector. The Role Involves Handling Leads, Contacting Potential Clients, Explaining Property Projects, Conducting Site Visits, Following Up With Prospects, And Converting Leads Into Successful Bookings. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of CRM, Target achievement, Local market knowledge and Negotiation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹21,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
