We Are Hiring A Front Desk Executive To Manage Reception, Greet Visitors, Coordinate And Schedule Interviews, Assist Hr With Candidate Communication, Handle Calls And Emails, And Perform Day-To-Day Administrative Tasks To Ensure Smooth Office Operations.

Skills and qualifications

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Email etiquette, Basic accounting and Data entry
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone detail-oriented and well spoken

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

As a Front Desk Executive, your work will include:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
