Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with HRMS, MS Excel, Screening, Labour law basics
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and people-oriented

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management.

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹80,000 per month.
