The Hr Executive Is Responsible For Recruitment And Daily Hr Operations, Including Screening Candidates, Scheduling Interviews, Managing Employee Attendance, Handling Salary Processing, Preparing Payslips, And Maintaining Employee Records To Ensure Smooth Hr Management. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Labour law basics, Payroll, Screening, MS Excel
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone organised and good communicator
