A-Link Management has an opening for a Customer Service Executive based in Vasai Road East, Mumbai. 4 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹18,000/month.

Service Follow-Up Calls After Vehicle Servicing, Customer Feedback Collection And Satisfaction Tracking, Appointment Booking For Periodic Maintenance, Complaint Handling And Timely Resolution Coordination, Promote Service Packages, Extended Warranty & Value-Added Services, Maintain And Update Customer Database In Crm,Achieve Monthly Service,. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: CRM, Customer handling, Target achievement, Local market knowledge
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A persuasive, self-motivated attitude

What you get

You will be paid ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
