Attend And Greet Customers Visiting The Service Center, Understand Customer Concerns Related To Vehicle Servicing/Repairs, Open Job Cards And Update Service Details Accurately, Coordinate With Service Advisors And Technicians, Provide Timely Updates To Customers Regarding Service Status, Ensure High Customer Satisfaction Index (Csi),. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Lead generation, Target achievement, Local market knowledge, Negotiation
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confident and target-driven
