A To Z Collections wants to bring on a Billing Assistant for its Sector-45, Chandigarh team. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Accounts payable, MS Excel, Tally, Accounts receivable
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, numerate attitude

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
