Preparation And Filing Of Annual Filing Documents And Forms Like Aoc-4 And Mgt -7/7A. Basic Knowledge Of Listed, Public Limited Co & Fema Compliances. Valuation Assignments Under Companies Act, Ibc, Etc.

Key responsibilities

As a Cs Articleship, your work will include:

• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• You'll track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting

What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Bank reconciliation, GST, Accounts payable, MS Excel
• Good English

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month.
