What the job involves

As a Presales Executive, your work will include:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Skills and qualifications

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Marathi, Outbound, Real Estate and Sales
• Female Only
• Basic English
