We Are Hiring For Telecaller With Dra Certified For Banking And Finance Profile.. First Preference Is Dra Certified. Please Apply If You Have Dra Cerificate. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• You'll follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Compliance, MS Excel, Financial products, KYC
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone ethical and persuasive
