Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Languages : English, Hindi

What you will do

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• You'll verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.

Eligibility

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month.
