The Sales Lead Will Be Responsible For Driving Sales Growth, Generating New Business Opportunities,Managing The Sales Team, And Ensuring Successful Execution Of Solar Projects From Lead Generation Tocommissioning. The Role Requires Strong Leadership, Customer Relationship Management, Project Coordination, And Revenue Generation Capabilities. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Presentation, Lead generation, Local market knowledge, Customer handling
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone self-motivated and persuasive
