Aaditya Industries is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in Chomu, Jaipur. The pay goes up to ₹19,000/month.

Responsible For Handling Phone Calls And Whatsapp Communication With Clients, Managing Office Documents And Files, Assisting The Director In Daily Office Work, Maintaining Records And Basic Computer Data Entry. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

The salary for this role is ₹16,000 – ₹19,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant, your work will include:

• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with MS Office, Record keeping, Email etiquette, Typing
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, well spoken attitude
