Prepare Accurate Technical Quotations Based On Client Requirements & Specifications On Mail. Handle Costing, Pricing, Margins And Quotation Revisions. Coordinate With Sales & Procurement And Clarify Technical Requirements. Good Knowledge Of Ms Excel, Word, Google Sheets, Technical Terms And Strong Numerical Accuracy Required. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Advanced Excel, > 30 WPM Typing Speed | Skills Needed : Email, Tally

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Email, Tally
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
