Require For An Educational Institute - Hr Processes, Including Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, And Policy Implementation. Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With School Standards. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.

Salary

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Payroll, HRMS, Screening, Recruitment
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and good communicator
