For A Road & Construction Company Required Front Office Executive. Main Work Will Be Reception Work - Call Management, Admin, Attend Incoming Customers At Reception. Email / Coordination With Different Departments. Computer Knowledge Must. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Typing, Email etiquette, Record keeping, Data entry
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are dependable and organised

Salary

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
