Your responsibilities

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Eligibility

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Typing speed, Verbal communication, Active listening, Hindi and English
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone calm under pressure and patient

What you get

Compensation: ₹14,500 – ₹20,500 per month.
