Oversee Daily Hub Activities (Inbound & Outbound Shipments)Ensure Timely Dispatch And Delivery Coordination Monitor Workflow Efficiency And Reduce Delays Assign Duties And Manage Shift Schedules Train And Mentor Team Members Handle Conflict Resolution And Maintain Discipline Lead And Supervise Hub Staff, Including Shift Planning, Task Allocation. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Hindi
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi
• Someone calm under pressure and patient

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹20,000 per month.
