Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. Languages : English, Hindi, Marathi

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• You'll follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹11,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
