Responsible For Managing Hr Operations Including Recruitment, Payroll, Compliance, Employee Relations, And Performance Management. Ensures Implementation Of Hr Policies, Statutory Compliance, And Employee Engagement. Leads Hr Team, Handles Grievance Management, And Supports Business Growth Through Effective Hr Practices. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: MS Excel, Screening, Recruitment, Labour law basics
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confidential, people-oriented attitude

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month.
