Good Knowledge Billing In Tally With E Invoicing And E-Way. Good Command On Excel. Knowledge Of Tds. Debtors And Creditor Reconciliation. Develop Strong And Long-Term Client Relationships. Act As The Liaison Between Clients And Account Management. Ensure Deadlines Are Met. Resolve Issues And Handle Complaints Quickly And Effectively. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, English

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English and Hindi
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English

Compensation

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
