Business Development Manager (Bdm)

Abhinav Group is hiring a Business Development Manager (Bdm) in Goregaon, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹35,000/month.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Local market knowledge, Lead generation, CRM, Negotiation
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A self-motivated, target-driven attitude

Compensation

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
