Abhishek Green Chem Pvt Ltd is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in Mohan Nagar - Ghaziabad, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹35,000/month.

Manage The Directors Calendar, Appointments, Schedules, And Day-To-Day Tasks As An Executive Assistant.Handle Regular Communication With Customers And Ensure A High Level Of Customer Service Before And After Order Dispatch.Coordinate With And Manage The Daily Activities Of Sales Executives, Providing Support And Assistance Whenever Require. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Who can apply

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Record keeping, Basic accounting and Email etiquette
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are detail-oriented and well spoken

Key responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
