Abra Sales wants to bring on a Billing Executive for its Bhosari, Pune team. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Job Responsibilities:Prepare Invoices And Billing Entries.Make Entries In Orchid Mark Erp / Tally.Handle Customer Billing-Related Queries.Maintain Billing Records And Basic Reports.Coordinate With Sales And Accounts Team.Experience In Billing Work.Knowledge Of Orchid Mark Erp Or Tally.Basic Knowledge Of Ms Excel. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Tally

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Tally
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Skills Needed: Tally
• You are organised and confidential

Compensation

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
