Responsible For Sourcing Raw Materials, Packaging, And Consumables, Obtaining Quotations, Negotiating Prices, Creating Purchase Orders, Coordinating With Vendors, Tracking Deliveries, Maintaining Purchase Records, And Ensuring Timely Procurement To Support Uninterrupted Production Operations. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Handling Invoices

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Handling Invoices
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
