We Are Looking For A Customer-Focused And Enthusiastic Customer Service Executive To Handle Customer Queries, Provide Accurate Information, Resolve Complaints, And Ensure A Positive Customer Experience. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Handling Calls, Emails, And Other Customer Interactions While Maintaining Service Quality. Type : Inbound, Outbound | Languages : Hindi, English

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• You'll identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

What you get

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
