Debt Collection Specialist

A new Debt Collection Specialist role is open at Accurate Investigations, Vikas Puri, Delhi. 20 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹40,000/month.

Your responsibilities

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Documentation, Compliance, MS Excel, KYC
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone trustworthy and ethical
