Contact Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• You'll manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• You'll explain product features, charges and terms transparently.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: English, Hindi
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English
• You are persuasive and ethical

Salary

Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
