Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Bengali, English, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Tamil, English, Kannada, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Hindi
• A detail-oriented, persuasive attitude

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
