Document All Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues To The Appropriate Teams. Shift Time : 12.30Pm To 10.30Pm (Mon-Fri). More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Inbound | Languages : English

Your responsibilities

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
