Verify The Documents On Computer. Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. Skills Needed : Computer, Email | Basic Excel, Internet Surfing

Your responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

What we are looking for

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing
• No English required

Salary and benefits
