We Are Looking For A Proactive And Organized Executive Assistant (Ea) To Support The Managing Director In Daily Operations, Coordination, And Business Activities. The Role Includes Managing Schedules, Preparing Mis Reports, Tracking Follow-Ups, And Coordinating With Departments And Clients. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you get

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Typing, Email etiquette, Record keeping and Data entry
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and well spoken
