Role:The Customer Verification Executive Ensures That All Customer Data And Documents Are Accurate And Authentic Before Account Activation, Onboarding, Or Transaction Processing. Verify Customer Identity Documents (E.G., Id Proof, Address Proof, Pan, Etc.). Payout: Salary+ Incentives + Expenses. Job Location: Vadodara (Baroda).

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
