• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Typing, Basic accounting and MS Office

What you will do

• You'll handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
