Executive Assistant Job Description : Manage Calendars, Appointments, Travel, And Daily Schedules For Senior Leadership. Coordinate Meetings, Prepare Agendas, And Record Minutes. Handle Correspondence, Emails, And Communication On Behalf Of The Executive. Prepare Reports, Presentations, And Documentation. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹45,000 – ₹75,000 per month.

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Data entry, Typing and Record keeping
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and dependable
