Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Skills and qualifications

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word
• Female Only
