Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

Improve processes and document standard procedures
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
Coordinate between vendors, customers and internal teams
Run daily operations smoothly against defined SLAs
You will prepare MIS reports and track key metrics.
Monitor team productivity and remove bottlenecks
