Customer Service Executive

Adhaan Solution Private Limited is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join its team in Delhi-Jaipur expressway, Jaipur. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹16,000/month.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Local market knowledge, Customer handling, Lead generation and Target achievement
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
