As An Administration & Operations Assistant, You Will Be Responsible For Supporting The Day-To-Day Administrative And Operational Functions Of The Company. Your Key Duties Will Include, But Are Not Limited To: Assisting In General Front Office And Administrative Activities. Assisting In Customer Order Processing And Sales Invoicing. Coordinating With Principle Suppliers Regarding Procurement As And When Needed. Maintaining Tally Accounts As Per The Standard Operating Systems Of The Business.Assisting With Inventory Management.

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
