The Agency Manager Will Be Responsible For Driving Business Growth By Recruiting, Managing, And Mentoring A Team Of Insurance Agents. The Scope Includes Achieving Business Targets, Conducting Training Sessions To Enhance Productivity, And Monitoring Team Performance.

• Comfortable with SEO, Analytics, Meta Ads, Social media marketing
• Basic English

• Track campaign performance and optimise for leads and cost
