Contact Individuals Or Businesses To Recover Overdue Payments And Resolve Disputes. Negotiate Repayment Terms That Align With Organizational Policies. Maintain Records Of Collections And Prepare Reports For Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

What you will do

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• You will comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Marathi
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Marathi, Hindi, English
• Someone trustworthy and detail-oriented
